We decided to work on two tracks: apart from our „custom-
made-line“ we now offer the new Model-T. We had to find
components with high quality and an excellent price/value
relationship.
The distribution would have to be different, too. Although
we still favour the retail business, we wanted to sell the
Model-T directly to the customers.
Once the frames are delivered, the German company
„Roland Werk“ in Garrel assembles them and sends them
to the individual customers throughout Europe.
We are extremly happy with the way-above-standard
assembly (One long-standing dealer even commented that
he has never seen a better assembled bike than the
Model-T.)

Of course we can achieve lower prices when we buy
components in larger numbers; and the assembly is also
less expensive, when the assembler produces more or Less
the same bike every day. Plus we save money in marketing
the bike directly, surpassing the retailer.
Of course, you can also order your Pedersen over the
trade. There are plenty of good reasons to order your
bike through a bike store - even if it`s a bit more expensive
