In the meantime both frames (Model-A and Model-T) have
identical braze-ons, i.e. cantilever sockets and 5 mm
threadings for a LowRider carrier on the front fork. The
frame itself has six cable guides on each side: on the right
side for the hub gears and on the left side for the roller-
cambrake. All new Model-A frames also have a threading
for the possible assembly of a rear derailleur (we need
that for the Intego „3 x8“ version). The cables are guided
underneath the bottom bracket.

Since we get the Model-A frames unpainted we can
always braze or de-braze canti sockets or make cable
guides from stoppers. In other words, you tell us which
gears and which brakes you would like to use, and we
change the frame accordingly - with no cost to you !
You can also choose between 195 RAL-colours.
A Pedersen frame brazed according to your demands
with your favorite colour costs Euro 1.035.– including
transport in Germany.

When we have to to do some brazing, please expect a
delivery time of one month. Only powder-coating takes
two to three weeks. There are 8 different frame sizes: 20“,
24“, 26“, M, L, RL, XL and XXL. The last 5 frame sizes
are all concipated to take 28“ (622 mm or 700c) wheels
(tyres from 37 mm up to 50 mm). Our frames are NOT
designed for a front derailleur.

You can find the frame number under the bottom bracket;
it always starts with "KSP" - (standing for "Kalkhoff,
Sølling & Pedersen").

The 25CroMo4 tubing comes from Columbus or Orea from
Italy. When somebody needs a lot of gears, we recom-
mend to use a Shimano Intego „3 x 8“ with rollercam-brake,
or a SRAM DualDrive „3 x 9“ (for which canti sockets have
to be brazed to the frame). Both groups only need one
chain wheel. All Model-A frames are re-brazed (if needed)
and powder-coated according to your taste by the Gleiss
company in Hannover.

The following components are included in the frame kit:
frame, front fork, head set tube, shekel, strap, saddle,
plate to accommodate the four saddle springs, nickel-
plated seat post, pin for fixing the springs to the seat post,
two srews for saddle-height adjustment, the frame-fork
connection, tensioning rods and the head badge Head set,
axle and handlebars are not included and have to be
ordered seperately. Broken saddle springs will be replaced
free of charge. The head set must have the dimension of
1". The threading in the bottom bracket set are called
BSA- threading or English threading (BSA stands for
"Birmingham Small Arms").

The saddles are available in three colours: black, brown or
honey-coloured. Leather handle bar grips are available in
matching colours.
